  • Is fear a bad thing? Is fear something to be afraid of? How can fear be Your friend?

Fear is a sensation that most of find negative, difficult and unhelpful in most situations of life. Let’s be honest, most of us doesn’t have to face fighting with the tiger, but at the same time all of us know how it feels to be afraid of something. Is fear helpful? What is it trying to tell us? Can we use it for our own advantage? Fear is like anti-motivation because what we fear is what limits ourselves. What we fear, is what we reject. What we fear is what we try to avoid instead of facing it. Why? Just for sake of comfort as fear doesn’t taste like one. When there is fear, there is no comfort. When there is fear, there is no pleasure. Fear can be sensation of the obstacle, limitation in the path of growth. It points at most important lessons in Your life. Most people don’t like the idea of diving into the unknown, idea of taking risk, because when there is risk, there is no control. You wish You had this path under control but because you don’t You try to avoid it. However, You need to know that most of opportunities for growth lies out of the comfort zone. Fear can also be a symptom of a karmic lesson – the big one. If you go through the process, there is always breakthrough on the other side. Use love, trust the process and guidance. There is always expansion at the end of the tunnel of fear: new options and insights await there for You. When you transcend specific fear, you become stronger. Now you will be able to create new, better future in Your life. Use fear as a guide to precious lessons, to Saturnian blockages. Overcome fear by going through it and you will set in motion new, brighter events in Your life. Fear is like a sensation of something very precious but totally unknown on the radar. When You overcome it, it updates the game of life with options that were unavailable before. What about courage? Well, courage happens when You channel the energy of stress and fear into fire of action. You stay focused on the positive outcome. It is like going through the darkness with the light of faith. How can You achieve state of courage? First, You need concentration in order to stay focused and present during the phase of going through the darkness of fear. You can develop such a skill with meditation, pranayama, etc. Secondly, You need enough energy and consciousness – You need enough vital energy to go through the fear. This one, can be achieved by healthy lifestyle, exercises regularly, etc. Last, but not least, it could be helpful to remember that You live Your life for Yourself, for Higher Self, for God and that You can be an authentic self and achieve Your dreams. You can trust and You can melt fear with courage. You should also remember that there is a lot of growth when you are out of comfort zone, when You transcend Your fears. Do not let need for comfort limits You. It is not fear that limits You itself, but Your obsession about feeling comfortable. You will create comfortable life in time, but not by staying in the same place, but by transcending limitations, going through fear, evolving and expanding. Fear is Your guide – it gives You warning about moving out of comfort zone, so You can be prepared for the lesson. Accept the discomfort, get rid of need to control everything around and move through fear with grace. Create better relationship with fear. Let it be Your guide to know when it’s time to turn on the courage.

  • Before You begin Your first meditation.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR YOUR NEW DAILY HABIT - MEDITATION [WHAT IS MEDITATION : HERE] If you are at the beginning of your adventure with meditation, I suggest that you first take a few steps before you start meditating. They will improve the quality of your future meditation if you take some time to go through these steps. The effects of meditations will be more efficient and you will avoid many demotivating stimuli that typically occur during first experiences. 1. If you don’t know how to stay relaxed easily and your muscles tend to stay tense, I suggest you give yourself one week for learning how to achieve the state of physical relaxation. There are a lot of videos, articles and books on this topic. It is very important that you learn how to relax your body just before meditation, so it doesn’t make any irrupting discomfort when you will be doing it. There are a lot of simple ways that helps with relaxation of the body e.g. breathing techniques, visualizations, etc. 2. Another issue is a conscious breath, which is really essential for achieving mental and emotional peace. The great way to become calm is breathing air into lungs for 8 seconds, holding the breath for 2 seconds, then breathing out for another 8 seconds and stopping for 2 (8/2/8/2) – it has a very relaxing effect on me. If this pattern of breathing takes too long for you, then I recommend starting with the technique of 6 seconds inhale - 6 seconds exhale. It would be good for you to practice these breathing techniques for a few days, until you form the habit that will become more automatic. 3. Before you start meditating, it is also good to be aware of several issues. I highly recommend that you affirm several truths for a week or so that they are accepted by the subconscious. It will also greatly facilitate your meditation and help you achieve the desired results faster. What issues am I talking about? I presented them all below in the form of affirmations. It would be good for you to repeat them out loud 10 minutes a day for a week. This way, you will prepare yourself to spend time on meditation and program your mind so it could help you with calming yourself during this type of activity. A consciously used mind is a wonderful tool. I. I am able to calm my mind. As I meditate, my mind gradually becomes still. II. If thoughts come to me during my meditation, I don't push them away, I don't ignore them - I just simply acknowledge them, thank them for their presence and give them to the light. After that I turn my attention to my inner silence. III. Every deep breath fills me with light, vital energy and peace. Deep breaths soothe my mind. IV. I am not my thoughts and I can observe them without identifying with them and without doing what they suggest. I am open to Higher Guidance, to God, to Cosmic Intelligence, to Guides and to my Angels. V. I am able to give up my impatience in favour of patience. I don't need to focus on the passage of time, instead I focus on my breath. I guarantee that if you spend one week to prepare for the new routine which will be meditation, then your meditation skills will be much faster and give you much more satisfaction.

  • A few words about atom and space...

Is everything made of matter? Matter and empty space? What is an atom? Why is 99.9% of an atom empty? If one were to compare the atom to a soccer field, the nucleus of the atom would be a small ping-pong ball lying in its center, and the entire field would be the remaining "empty" part of the atom. Why is the atom composed of such a great empty space? In this void there may be an electron responsible for what and how this atom will connect with other atoms. Is the electron material? Not really - it is both wave and material in nature. When we consciously study it, it presents itself materially. When we let it be without our attention, it exhibits a wave nature. An electron can "materialize" in different parts of the electron shells (in the empty part of the atom). Where it will materialize is very difficult to predict. There is only the possibility of creating a probability function showing in which sector of the empty part of the atom this can happen. What if this empty space is not empty at all - what, if there is every possibility of some kind in it, and which one will materialize depends on something we don't know yet? For more on electrons and their enigmatic nature, see quantum physics. I encourage you to do your own research. I would like to mention now astrology as the science of the movement of celestial bodies and their influence on our consciousness. It clearly shows that it is impossible to perfectly predict the phenomenon, but only to determine certain probabilities of their occurrence and the range of certain possibilities. This is a bit like figuring out where the electron will go. Is free will having a key influence here? Does it choose the exact location of the event from some available range? What if I told you that all this empty space is not empty at all - that it is filled to the brim with consciousness. What if I told you that the entire universe is filled with consciousness - both animate and inanimate forms? What if I told you that the brain is not the creator of consciousness, but the tool that consciousness uses to evolve in the world of matter? What if I told you that you are a spiritual being who has the human experience right now because that's what Your consciousness needed. Stay with it for a while.

  • Who are We? What is human being?

As humans, are we a physical body or do we only have it? In fact, when I say human, I mean the essence of consciousness that has the experience of life in the human body. We are spiritual beings who came to Earth to undergo certain life lessons, for which the human form is well suited. One could say that our soul has put on a robe that allows us to explore the right piece of reality in which the lessons we are interested in are. Consciousness is not human but uses human experience to evolve in the world of matter. Consciousness travels through all realms and realities, exploring and learning from them. Thus, it collects universal information about the work of creation. It does it in a cycle even greater than life and death - the cycle of descension and ascension. It consists of the soul (including consciousness) leaving the Absolute Unity and beginning to descend gradually through different realms and dimensions to the lower worlds, and then, gaining great wisdom, beginning its journey back home. Consciousness is fully awakened when the journey home must start. Just as it descended into the lower worlds through love, it must return home through evolution. God (the Source of All Love) is in everything, filling all existence. He is not a person, but the absolute information, function, spiritual essence, activity, and intelligence of all Being. If the world is ruled by mathematics and our minds have some computing power, then the phenomenon of God is completely beyond such power of the individual. Therefore, God is impossible to understand and comprehend. A better question instead of "Who is God?" would be "What is this powerful phenomenon of God?" Each of us calls it differently, and I will call it the Source of All Love or the Absolute. It contains all the information needed to manage, distribute, create, and teach the entire universe, and it is found everywhere, including inside of you. As beings of consciousness, we absorb life wisdom from experiences using personality. Note that personality is not a "person" but an imitation of one. Personality is a collection of experiences, traits, and tendencies. It leads our lives to specific places where we meet the lessons that our soul (us as spiritual beings) wants to learn. It can be said that our personality is the driver who moves along the route designated by destiny. Personality fits destiny like a lock on a key - it attracts situations fixed in the design of destiny. Example: Let us imagine for a moment that consciousness (i.e. our soul, our being) is an investor. She invests in human life, knowing that she can extract valuable information from it and thus grow - take the next step on the path of returning to the Source of Love. It is she who is the investor of the entire project, in which the selection of the appropriate place of birth and home circumstances have been planned in advance. This helps creating an ideal personality to lead life in accordance with destiny. Imagine that when consciousness comes to Earth, she rents a vehicle to travel and interact with the physical world - that vehicle is the physical body. Consciousness itself needs specific lessons in this world, and for this purpose she hires the driver of the vehicle - the personality. The personality will move us through life from situation to situation. Why? By developing certain qualities during adolescence, the adult personality begins to attract situations in life that correspond to the lessons of life. Consciousness is the investor, the human body is the vehicle, destiny is the map, and personality is the driver who knows the route very well. Let's add one more element – an empty mind - a notebook in which we will write down our beliefs, theses, ideas and test them all, in order to finally be able to expand our consciousness. The mind is a kind of place where we create drafts of our concepts of reality. More about the mind at a different time - now let's get back to the example. Where is consciousness in all of this? Well, she sits quietly in the backseat, taking a nap. Sometimes, when the road presents a very high level of difficulty and the personality don’t know how to deal with the challenges on the road, consciousness may awake. There are also techniques that awaken her without such a stimulus. If, on the other hand, the path is simple and shows no difficulties, the personality records subsequent conclusions in the mind without having to awaken consciousness. Another example illustrating the relationship of body, personality, destiny, consciousness and mind is an example related to making a movie. From this perspective, life is like a movie. The physical body is the actor, the personality is the screenwriter who knows the script (destiny) perfectly well, and consciousness is the director. The soul, on the other hand, is the producer - the investor of the entire show, while the mind is still a notebook and all rehearsals that do not take place on the stage in front of the audience. A human being is a being that contains all of the above-mentioned elements. It is made of : Physical body - it is an archive of genetic memory that stores information and life processes (lessons) available in the world of matter. It is our material form, vehicle, avatar. Which genes and life lessons are active in the body depends on what kind of personality has been shaped. Mental Field (Mind) - a perfect laboratory where all information is created, sent, checked, processed, etc. The Mental Field consists of three layers: Unconscious layer: This is where your unconscious impulses and defense mechanisms are located. Ego: our personality, belief systems, etc. Temporary field of consciousness: it is here that we collect verified and accepted human experiences (life wisdom). Spirit Field (sometimes called the Soul) - it is a place called Eternal Consciousness. It is here that the consciousness that goes beyond the present life is stored. It is with this field that the temporary field of consciousness at the time of death blends. This field is also called Christ Consciousness. In conclusion, we are spiritual beings who descend into the physical world, traveling through this world in a physical body with an empty mind that will gradually be filled with information. As we grow up, our physical body activates and silences subsequent genes - this way, changes occur in a person's electromagnetic field, which attract different situations. Different genes - different lessons stored in genetic library. In this way, our personality is created and changed (by silencing and activating various genes), which allows us to learn specific life lessons. Personality fits and moves in its area, attracting relevant life lessons. All verified experiences (wisdom) will be stored in the conscious area of the mind. From there, they will be uploaded into the soul eternal consciousness during the process of death.

  • What is healing? Who is the Healer?

Since spiritual development is a personal and internal phenomenon, why do so many work with healers? What exactly is healing? Who is a healer? Let's start by presenting the difference between treatment and healing. Thanks to this, it will be easier for us to reject certain myths about healing. TREATMENT: It focuses on removing physical or mental illness from the physical body; It focuses on removing the consequences - symptoms; It focuses on the external (physical) world and avoiding the consequences; Illness is bad, it is a weakness in the body; The doctor deals with the treatment. HEALING: It focuses on restoring and maintaining full health - harmony; It focuses on removing the cause of illness from the mind and spirit; Illness is a consequence of our lifestyle or karmic situation; It focuses on the interior and taking responsibility for oneself; * You could say that the classical psychologist is a healer, limited to a mental and emotional level. * Let us now fully move on to healing. The word "heal" comes from an Old Germanic word meaning "to restore all being, to restore full health." Healing is about tuning human energy to a harmonious state in which the human being is aware of his energy, causes and effects, and that is why negative consequences cease to appear in his life. Such a person becomes responsible, healthy, aware and opens up to his highest potential. THE SESSION REQUIRES FROM THE CLIENT: Taking responsibility for oneself (the healer is not a rescuer, but a guide who helps the client understand himself more; the healer does not take responsibility for the other person, but helps him take it for himself); Willingness to test and make changes (the healing session is very important, but even more important is whether the client implements the changes suggested by the healer); Open mind to different perspectives (if the client's perspective was sufficient and complete, he would not have to seek help - the client should be aware that he is missing something about himself or how life and the world works, and that is why he needs a healing session - restoring full picture); Receptivity (openness to suggestions) and interest in one's own situation (the client should be interested in the cause of his problems and work with the healer to become aware of and release this cause); Each human being is a powerful being, capable of healing himself. So why is a healer needed? THE HEALER IS A PERSON WHO HAS: A range of tools and knowledge, accelerating the insight into the client's situation. Skills (and sometimes psychic abilities) that facilitate the understanding of karmic processes, energy, and the schemas present in the client. High vibration and can create a field of high energy resonance. Such a field helps the client to raise the vibration during the session and from this elevated position it is easier to gain insight into his situation. The higher the vibration, the easier it is to be clear and easily accessible to universal truths. A high level of personal development, thanks to which he shares not only knowledge, but also wisdom. A high level of personal development reduces the chances of malicious programs penetrating (if a healer were a lost man in ignorance, his advice would be potentially harmful). Expanded empathy because he has lived many life lessons himself. The ability to release emotional, mental and spiritual blocks and counseling on the path of spiritual development. Accordingly, it is worth working with a healer! It gives a sense of support on the way, the presence of another person and guidance. Thanks to the healer, you will know the direction in which it would be beneficial to change and you will get the tools needed for this change. Remember that a good healer serves from the level of Divine Unity and helps other living beings by working from the heart level.

  • What is meditation? Why You should start meditating right now?

We all need certain methods to strengthen contact with the Source / God / Angels / Guide / Higher Intelligence. Fortunately, there is a whole range of ways for this type of communication, and I will introduce only a few of the most classic, universal and effective methods that I also use myself daily. They will help you lift your spirits, get rid of unwanted thoughts, clear your mind, fill it with love and peace, open your hearts to higher guidance. My intention is to present you these techniques so that you can reach them whenever you feel the need. Their effectiveness depends on whether you use them regularly, whether you allow yourself to give them a credit, and whether you are ready to connect with the spiritual world. Be patient and find time for everyday practice, because this kind of self-discipline will definitely pay off! You will gain a sense of security, feel that the world around you is good and you will consciously deepen your connection with the Source of Life. In this article I present you the first technique - meditation. MEDITATION Meditation is an ancient technique which primary use is to calm and clear the mind from an excess of information and set of beliefs. It helps us to go beyond thoughts and stop identifying ourselves with them. It allows us to experience deep peace and connection with the spiritual world. Thanks to meditation, we achieve greater and greater depth, getting closer to the spiritual dimensions. The closer we are to this level, the easier it is for us to obtain higher knowledge, spiritual guidance and unconditional love. All this is an inseparable part of us, but every day we are too focused on the outside world, instead of connecting with God, which results in the lack of perception of this depth. Meditation helps us to stop and direct the waves of our consciousness inside, to the divine essence, our connection with God. Meditation is a way to achieve peace of mind and soothe nerves, helping to slow down the mind and experience freedom from mental turmoil. When we learn to direct our energy inside, we experience bliss, unity, love and raise our life energy. When we go beyond our thoughts and emotions, we enter the ocean of blissful silence, a quantum sea full of possibilities, higher dimensions of existence. It is there that we can hear helpful tips from our guides, angels, and light beings. We can hear it only on the vibration of unconditional love, for these beings are usually not on the lower vibrations. Classic meditation consists in calming your mind, usually in a sitting position (however, there are meditations in motion, running or dancing), with your eyes closed. If you have difficulty going beyond your thoughts, try to focus on the breath during the first meditations - not on thoughts about it, but on the sound it makes or the experience of breathing in itself. In this way, you will remain focused, get rid of excess mental activity and maintain awareness of here and now. Remember to let go of your mind and allow yourself to focus on your breath. When you learn to meditate, it will be easier for you to formulate bright, positive and clear thoughts, and this will help you make many good changes in different areas of your life. Meditation is a tool that helps us to remain aware of the sea of possibilities that radiates with love, healing and joy. It allows you to get a perspective from our own thoughts, to keep emotional balance and to feel peace in our mind. This technique leads us to experience the truth about ourselves without criticism, punishment or judgment. 9 reasons why you should meditate 1. Meditation improves brain functions There are a lot of study proving this. Areas that grow during regular meditation (prefrontal cortex) are primarily responsible for our strong will, concentration, and memory. The study found that practicing just 25 minutes of Hatha yoga or mindfulness meditation per day can boost the brain's executive functions, cognitive abilities linked to goal-directed behaviour and the ability to control knee-jerk emotional responses, habitual thinking patterns and actions. During meditation, the blood supply to the prefrontal cortex increases. This is an exercise for the brain, like lifting weights for increasing muscle mass. If you need, you can search for researches on this topic, because there are a lot of analysis on the Internet. 2. Meditators are more emphatic and sensitive Research concerns Tibetan monks who have over 10,000 hours of meditation behind them... It was proved that the monks were able to reject their suffering in order to focus on the suffering of others. This allows them to look at reality in a more conscious way. Their reactions to negative and positive stimuli such as baby crying, optimistic music were much more intense. They showed much more merciful responses to these sensations. 3. Contrary to appearances, meditators are also emotionally stronger These monks from the second point, unlike the control group, were more aware of and in control of their emotional states. This is a completely logical consequence of increasing the level of self-control. 4. By meditating regularly, you increase the time of full concentration Our time of full concentration decreases over the years. How does reading books affect the brain? You can easily check it for yourself. Sit down, relax, close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply. Focus only on it, breathe and count your breaths. Note the moment when your attention will try to focus on something other than counting - after what time did this occur? Meditation promotes the formation of new connections in the prefrontal cortex. The prefrontal cortex is responsible for self-control. Self-control allows us to increase the time and quality of concentration. 5. People who meditate react less habitually By meditating, you increase your level of self-awareness, work on strong will and concentration. These elements allow you to fight your habitual reactions. It is important because over 40% or even 50% of all actions taken by man are habits that are subconscious actions. A habit is a three-step loop. First, a hint appears (message sound), then comes time for a routine (I take out the phone), time for reward (feeling that I am needed). Strong will allows you to ignore the hint if something is more important at the moment (writing this article). Have you ever heard the sound of the message and nothing came? It's addiction. 6. Meditation promotes creativity The psychology of creativity considers an important feature of creative thinking all behaviours that are aimed at overcoming habits that were created by working on a given problem. Meditation helps to fight habits! 7. Meditators are more interested in life and sociable There is a lot of research on meditation. It is not surprising that in 2012 it was decided to compare their results. 125 reliable articles were selected for statistical analysis. It turned out that the test results overlap. Their credibility was proved in this way. In the collected studies, meditation had the strongest impact on social openness and life satisfaction. In addition, a positive effect on emotions, concentration and attention has also been indicated, although to a slightly lesser extent. 8. After 4 days of meditation for 20 minutes you can see the changes 63 students took part in the experiment. Half of them were taught meditation by an experienced teacher, and the exercise consisted of closing their eyes and focusing on the breath. The other half was reading Tolkien's book. Compared to the control group, meditating students showed a higher level of self-control, reduced their level of fatigue, and performed better tasks requiring attention and cognitive functions. And you, what advantages of meditation do you see?

  • I love this Universe. I love myself. I love You all.

I am one of those people who are fascinated by the whole world around them. For me, the universe is a work of art, art of the highest category, a puzzle waiting to be discovered, a dialogue with God. The universe is my home. It is the place where I AM being born. It is the light and the darkness. It is the laughter of a child, the singing of birds, a cry in the middle of the night. It is sweet mango, sour lemon and bitter dark chocolate. It is blooming flower, dancing aurora, the majesty of the mountains and the tranquility of the ocean. It is cosmic space, a rainbow supernova, a black hole and all the planets. The universe is everything that surrounds us, and we take part in it! Who and what are we - Humans - in this great cosmic play? Are we the body or do we have the body? Are we the field or the space? What are We? We are sparks of God's fire that roam the universe taking part in creative expansion. We are the sprouting seeds of life in the cosmic divine garden. Our bodies were created by the outbursts of powerful stars spreading the seeds of consciousness and the chemical building blocks of life across the cosmos. We are spirit beings in a physical body that use human experience to develop an awareness of inner peace, happiness, and love. We are light and shadow. We are soul - divine consciousness that grows with each experience and assimilated wisdom. We are the children of the Creator taught by the entire universe. Everything that surrounds us, from microscopic particles to Nature's Spirit and beings from all levels of life - ALL - helps us to open our eyes and understand ourselves so that our soul can grow. All this so that a tree could sprout from a seed and that it would grow strong, resilient and conscious. We are a consciousness that fills the whole world in itself - from the kingdom of minerals, through plants, animals, people and everything above us. We are the Great Spirit. Our physical bodies are instruments of divine creation and were designed to be able to read specific spectra of the electromagnetic waves of the world around us - these waves are perceived as touch, sight and hearing. Our body can read information from different levels and react to the physical, chemical and biological levels that surround us. They can read smells and flavors, and are a collaboration of billions of cells with their own intelligence. Our body is a vehicle that we can use to experience this world on the path of our development. I thank the Creator for the gift of the physical body! And this is not our only body! Our being consists of many levels such as mental, emotional and spiritual. Our consciousness uses many tools of development - ego, mind and imagination, polarity, duality and emotions. The latter help us connect with the physical body, which also has its own consciousness! Our being uses intuition, different waves and different vibrations to create a unique experience. And all this because we are God's children and we all grow to co-create the Universe together and to do it with God - the Omnipresent Intelligence managing the creative act, the All-organism of which we are cells. We are here to join the great symphony of vibrating divine waves and dance in harmony with them across the cosmos. In all these hardships of human experience, let us not forget that we are strong, mighty, and that each of us has our own teachers and our own path. Let us not forcefully interfere in other people's paths, let us not try to change them, let us not tell others what is good for them, just because we have grown up to the point where we are ready to make it good for us. Let each seed sprout at its own pace, nourishing it with love, support and acceptance. No expectations, no blame or criticism. Let us turn our attention to the center - What is this moment trying to teach us? What is this other person, through whom God also speaks, trying to teach me? What is this situation trying to teach me? If we are outside, let us at least turn our attention to what we are building, instead of chaos and destruction. For what helps other people to see beauty and love in themselves. There is one more thing I want to say. Know that I love you brother, I love you sister. I love you all and your beautiful souls! I love you as my support, my inspiration, my teachers, my friends and my enemies, those who agree with me and those who disagree with what I preach. I love you immensely and I am full of excitement at the thought of how every single soul that surrounds me will develop over time. I am excited to see what I will see in the next thousands of years! Let us fly high and integrate divine light! Have a good day and a good night! Beautiful experiences and valuable lessons! Ease of perceiving and assimilating wisdom! This is what I wish for you and for myself. Thank you for the care and signs that I am experiencing! Thank you for the path that is leading me so that I can finally spread my wings. Thank you thank you thank you!

  • Is Universe a living organism?

The videos below explore the idea of Universe being a superconscious living organism. Check it out and expand Your mental horizons.

  • Consciousness and its cycles...

Each of us intuitively knows what consciousness is, but it is challenging to logically encapsulate it in a fitting concept. Do we really have consciousness? What if we are the consciousness possessing a human body? Everything that exists in the Universe originates from and emerges from the sea of information. Evolution (personal development, spiritual growth) involves acquiring information from experiences that we do not yet possess. Evolution is the development of consciousness through the assimilation of truths that have been experienced, verified, understood, and accepted. Example: A person repeats a certain pattern – attracts similar people into their life. They don't understand why they encounter individuals who use their resources, exploit them excessively, and leave them feeling exhausted. They start blaming these people, portraying themselves as victims, and seeking rescue. Perhaps a sense of injustice arises. This continues until the person takes responsibility for themselves. When this happens, they begin to seek the true cause of the situation. They formulate various hypotheses and test them in practice, considering that perhaps it's because of their childhood, zodiac sign, destiny, and many other factors. However, none of these answers is correct because the person still doesn't feel spiritually at peace; something is still missing, something still doesn't fit. All of this is a manifestation of ignorance (lack of information). Time passes, and eventually, the person comes across information suggesting that they may be responsible for all the situations that arise – not expressing their needs, not setting boundaries, allowing themselves to be used, and thereby subconsciously attracting more people who sense this vulnerability. In the moment when they fully realize this and take appropriate action – eureka – that was it. Now they understand, have verified the correct hypothesis, and, thanks to the results, have accepted that life was trying to teach them something. In this way, they have expanded their consciousness and will no longer make the same mistakes. The key thing in expanding consciousness is wisdom. Wisdom is each lesson we have learned. Wisdom is information assimilated by consciousness. We gain wisdom with destiny - it is a cluster of situations and life events that constitute 20-30% of our life and cannot be avoided. These situations involve various levels of difficulty and are opportunities to learn and assimilate the wisdom that is hidden in them. At the stages leading up to wisdom, the most common appearances are beliefs, knowledge, theories, tests and trials, decisions and mistakes. Contrary to wisdom - knowledge - requires only memory and is stored by personality. Knowledge does not expand consciousness, but true understanding and testing it in practice makes it possible. Knowledge can be an inspiration, a signpost, or a hint, but it will not pass the life lesson for us. I emphasize once again - no matter how many books you read; you will not expand your consciousness that way! At most, you will make a lot of theses, beliefs, and conclusions and only a part of them will be correct. Consciousness is an information archive that stores universal, tested, verified, understood, and accepted truths.  It does not accept beliefs (beliefs do not expand consciousness) or theories (knowledge). Instead, it requires experiences and tangible conclusions that free one from a given life process. If someone claims to have gained awareness in a particular subject, yet the life circumstances of that person have not changed, it means there is still further ignorance – some information is still missing, and wisdom is still hidden in that lesson. The entire process of evolution occurs through consciousness. It evolves and exchanges information among itself, the environment, and other sources of consciousness. The entire process of expanding consciousness takes place in contact with matter and is possible only with the participation of a conscious being and matter. Sometimes it may seem that the external world (matter) undergoes intense transformations, but in reality, it is our consciousness that evolves internally and, as a result, changes the external world. I will write more about this in an article on spiritual development. Finally, it should be mentioned that consciousness undergoes development through the cycle of life and death. The first part of the cycle – life – is an active process where wisdom is gained. It always begins from a lack of information (innocence – "I don't know"), transforms into partial or erroneous information (ignorance – "I think I know"), and ultimately grows into wisdom (complete information expanding consciousness – "I am fully aware, understand, and accept this"). For wisdom to be acquired from experience, consciousness must accept it – confirm that it is a universal truth. This cannot be done using free will – it can, at most, disagree, agree, or resign from it. Acceptance is the feeling of completeness of experience, peace of mind, and liberation from the lesson. I will write about it someday as well! The second stage of the cycle of consciousness development is death (the passive part of the cycle). We are beings of consciousness, not beings of matter, and therefore, we only assimilate wisdom. That's why when we die, we don't take all beliefs and knowledge with us, only the consciousness enriched with the wisdom from this life. Death is the passive part of the cycle where there is arranging, assimilating, and reviewing the assimilated wisdom. Very often, individuals who have experienced NDEs (near-death experiences) talk about watching a "film of their life," "reviewing various memories," etc. You can find many such stories. It is a crucial element of the death process, where energy for the next life is restored, and wisdom is assimilated by the soul.

  • What if the Universe was an Egg with the Fetus of Creative Force?

In this inspirational post, I share the video of Kurzgestalt - a wonderful YT channel. In this video You can explore the idea of Universe being a living, conscious organism, which develops itself through maturing process (evolution). All religions can be right at the same time! Part of me find this video to be true Universal Matty
